“How do you get candidates interested in a new job?” is one of the biggest questions I get when talking to a new client.  I always say the same thing, “I tell them stories, that’s my job”.  What I’m saying is that people buy into a great story.  With that, here’s the story on how companies can attract great people by telling their story.
