Junior Recruiter

Having previously worked in Cybersecurity Sales, Taylor has found an immense amount of overlap with Recruiting, whether it may be understanding the candidate’s wants & needs, building client relationships, and more. Taylor’s favorite part of recruiting is building connections and her network. She loves meeting new people and getting the opportunity to hear and understand their stories. What sets Taylor apart from other recruiters is her love for chaos. In her craziest moments, she has learned the importance of time management and how to stay calm.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her two French bulldogs: Bonnie & Malachi. Whether it may be reading, exercising, or spending time catching up on her new favorite show, they are always by her side! She finds exercise to be an amazing release from the stressors in her life. She is currently working towards being a certified spin instructor!

A fun fact about Taylor: She grew up with a speech impediment for the early years of her life, and after a lot of work to correct it, she likes to joke about that’s why she enjoys talking so much!
