The Role
The Millwright/Maintenance Tech plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s industrial equipment and machinery. Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and repair or replace parts as needed. Key responsibilities include diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, maintaining accurate records of actions taken, and assembling necessary components to support operations. This position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing equipment reliability.
