I am very thankful for Chantelle Pestana and the SnapDragon Team for helping me further my career. I was contacted by Chantelle directly and given an opportunity to join a well-respected company in my field of work. It wasn’t long after being contacted and screened to determine if I would be a good fit for this role and company, that I was set up with an interview. Chantelle was very helpful and kind throughout the entire experience; every step I took she was right there giving guidance and encouragement. Chantelle provided me with helpful reading material for my interview, as well as, coached me via phone and email so that I was comfortable and prepared. After the interview, I was offered the job that very same day! Chantelle negotiated salary and benefits with the company on my behalf. Even after I started, Chantelle stayed in touch with both the company and myself to make sure all parties were happy and it was a good fit for both. Overall, I am highly satisfied with how Chantelle preformed her job and would recommend any individual seeking a new career to work with the team at SnapDragon Associates.
