Stephen O’Toole

Recruiter

Stephen joined the SnapDragon team in 2017 as a process improvement coordinator and tech support. He worked his way up to becoming a researcher and eventually an executive recruiter. Prior to joining our team, he served 7 years as an infantryman in the VT Army National Guard and is a licensed Home Inspector in the State of NH. Stephen utilizes his unique perspective, understanding of the construction process as well as his attention to detail to better assist our clients to find the perfect candidate for their roles.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.
