Nicholas Santella

Nicholas has been a Sales professional for the last 7 years, finding his top-form within the Recruitment space as a Full-Desk agency recruiter before joining forces with SnapDragon Associates.  As a former Account Executive and Roofer, Nicholas has on-site experience within the building materials industry and has also worked with Pella and Renewal by Andersen as their Business Development Manager, expanding his footprint within the building materials community.  Nicholas loves collaborating with others and utilizing active listening to create personal and professional relationships as our #1 goal is to provide white-glove service to every one of our partners. 

Outside of work, Nicholas loves recording music, going to live shows, and spending time with his 13-year old dog, Dewey.
