Dawn has 15+ years’ experience in Sales and Marketing and 8+ years of recruiting experience. In regards to her recruiting background, she has run the gamut in types of positions and companies she has staffed for. She is driven by creating the best candidate experience and believes recruiting is not just a job, it is a true passion. She is a firm believer that, she is here for you! After completing an internship at Keene State College as a Recruiting/Staffing Firm Assistant at a National Recruiting firm dedicated to the search and selection for the Powered and Heavy Equipment and Renewable Power Generation Industry, in the US and worldwide, she fell in love with the industry and with recruiting. Since, she has broadened her industry experience by focusing on various other industries including Manufacturing and Engineering and most recently, the Lumber and Building Materials industry. She holds a Masters in Marketing and a Bachelors in Communications.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her Boxer Nala, riding her motorcycle, enjoying family, friends, nature, and life!
