part of what makes a great employee. We identify and evaluate candidates extensively,

• Interview: Our detailed
interviewing process allows SnapDragon to evaluate the talent in the marketplace
and match that talent to your needs. We realize
that the candidate "fit" is more than simply matching job specifications
to a resume. We assess the cultural fit between company and candidate, as well
as long-term compatibility. Our goal is to provide long-term valuable employees
that will contribute to your company immediately and into the future.
• Introduction: Upon
completion of our identification and evaluation process, we provide a detailed
summary of the most qualified candidates to you. We review
all client requirements and the type of culture with candidates, making sure
the candidate understands the client organization, its’ needs, goals
and opportunities. At this point the candidate will know who you are, what
the job entails, including what is needed to be successful, job location, and
the salary range. Before we set up the interview the candidate will have indicated
a willingness to accept your position if, after interviewing, is offered. This
is done to help ensure your time is not wasted on anyone who is not ready,
willing or able to take the job if offered.
• Reference Checks: This
step in the hiring process can be critical and can mean the difference between
hiring a superstar or acquiring
a headache.
SnapDragon
will conduct a thorough, detailed reference check on each candidate including:
co-workers, direct reports and managers. We detail the reference checks to
include a standard list of questions and also allow each respondent the opportunity
to give their insight on the candidate. Each reference includes contact information
for the client’s follow up.
• Offer Negotiation: SnapDragon
recruiters manage the candidate’s expectations,
communicating with the clients and candidates, and as a result, will deliver
above industry average placement rates and acceptances. By the time the decision
is made to make an offer, our methodology assures an acceptance rate well
above the industry average.
• Transition: After
an offer is accepted, SnapDragon works to ensure a smooth transition
to your company. This includes the candidates’ resignation,
notice and start date with the client. Our team follows up to assist the
candidate in what is often a stressful period between positions. Because

we have a higher than average success rate in placing the Right People in

Contingency Search – Results based recruiting where we are paid only
when we find your Right person.
Retained Search – An exclusive retained search agreement which is
utilized for top critical positions where a high degree of discretion is
needed.
Contract Search – Hire our staff to research and recruit for a large
scale need where traditional recruiting fees can be cost prohibitive.
Background Checks – Extensive local and national criminal, credit
and educational background checks. These are additional fee based services.
Personality Testing – Find the Right
person for the Right Job is tough. Many of our clients opt to have us conduct
Personality Testing. Utilizing
Caliper, our team of recruiters will customize a battery of tests to ensure
a perfect fit. This is an additional fee based service.
