• Mark Barnard, Co-Founder
and President
Mark is a founding member of
SnapDragon Associates, LLC and has successfully completed over 250 searches
nationwide since the company’s inception 6 years ago. Mark began
his consulting and executive search career after a 22 year career in the
lumber and building materials industry. He has held executive level titles
in manufacturing, wholesale and retail companies serving as President,
Vice President, General Manager and National Sales Manager. Mark is active
in youth sports in the state of NH where he serves on multiple boards and
volunteers in his spare time. He lives in Bedford, NH with his wife Sue
and their four children. When he is not working or attending his children’s
many activities, Mark enjoys hunting, fishing snowmobiling and woodworking.
Mark earned his BA in Business and Economics from St. Anselm College. He
has authored several recruiting articles in various publications.
• Harold Barnard, Co-Founder
and Vice President
Harold is also a founding
member of SnapDragon Associates, LLC and focuses on identifying and recruiting
top professionals at all levels nationwide. Harold began his consulting
and executive search career after a 25 year career in the automotive,
lumber and building materials industries. He has successfully built some
of the most successful, dynamic teams with both national and regional
companies. Harold is active in many local activities and groups in York,
Maine where he lives with his wife Brenda. They have two daughters and
two grandchildren. Harold and his wife are avid motorcyclists who average
of 6000 miles a year on their bikes. Harold is an avid fisherman, hunter,
snowmobiler and race fan.
Harold earned his AA in Forestry and BA in English at the University of
Maine. He was also a graduate teaching fellow at the University of Vermont
where he taught English for two years while in their Masters of Arts English
Program. He has authored several recruiting articles in various publications.
