Mark Barnard - Founder

was founded by Mark after 25 years building top sales and operation teams
in the building materials industry. Over the last 8 years he has
successfully completed searches nationwide and is considered one of the
top recruitment consultants in the industry. Because of his many successful
results, Mark has changed the way his clients perceive a recruiting firm’s
value. Clients have readily referred him and his firm to others in the
industry as someone who delivers the results the clients seek. Mark is
an active volunteer with area organizations, helping the needy and less
privileged. He graduated from Saint Anselm College with a BA in Business
and Economics, has authored several articles in various industry publications,
and is a volunteer speaker and consultant for graduating college students.
Bob Lambert -
Executive Recruiter
Bob is a seasoned veteran with over 25 years in the construction industry.
Bob is a dynamic and entrepreneurial sales leader who helps his clients establish
a vision and strategy necessary to exceed their goals. He develops innovative
programs and solutions to positively impact revenue. He has owned his own successful
business and had a successful career with Morton Buildings wearing multiple
hats, estimating, project management and outside sales while exceeding all
goals, Member of Million Dollar Sales Club for Morton Buildings Inc., for five
consecutive years, awarded Highest Regional Sales Volume and Building of the
Year. Bob, in 2009 was recognized as the Northeast top designer by the National
Frame Builders Association. Bob is passionate about his family, scuba diving,
softball and kayaking. Bob has coached little league baseball and been active
with USSSA softball leagues. Bob is well known in the community and someone
people warm up to quickly. He is an advocate for his client’s needs and with
Bob’s background fits the SnapDragon Associates team extremely well.
John Curtis - Executive Recruiter
With his can do attitude John’s career spans over forty years with time spent
in resaw / planner mill operations, pressure treated products, case goods,
retail building supply, wholesale millwork, retail service/support and recruiting.
This experience and a degree in Wood Science give John a unique insight of
both the client’s requirements and the candidate’s qualifications
John enjoys family life with his college sweetheart and their two grown children.
He is still active in Boy Scouts of America as a unit commissioner in the
Arrowhead District. Fly fishing is the big draw of the outdoors for John,
but he also enjoys skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, hunting, woodworking, and
gardening.
John Brill-
Executive Recruiter
John is a true veteran of the Lumber and Building Materials business having
spent over 23 years at the Northeastern Lumber Association (NRLA) serving
as President
and another 10 in the successful placement of executives in the industry throughout
the country. During John’s tenure as President the Association moved its
headquarters from Rochester, N.Y. to Albany, N.Y. Shortly after retiring from
the NRLA, he joined Lee Resources in their Recruiting Division as an Executive
Recruiter focusing on retail and wholesale management and sales employees. John
lives in Western N.Y. near Rochester with his wife Lynda and is an active volunteer
in his community.
Kammey Grierson -
Business Manager
Kammey leads our office
staff with a professional friendly approach and has over 20 years of
progressively successful and cross-functional experience
in several different disciplines, including customer service, administration,
human resources, recruitment, sales, business development and operations
management. Kammey possesses excellent organizational skills, creative
problem solving techniques, and ability to develop a cohesive team
structure between
various departments using her strategic communication aptitude. She
shows unique adaptability in changing situations and the ability
to interact
successfully at different levels in a fast paced diverse atmosphere.
Kammey is active
in community volunteering with her son’s varied activities. She
graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Business
Management.
Cathie Simard - Executive Recruiter
As a person of many talents, Cathie has worked in the technology and services
industry while working on making a difference for those in need - one person
at a time. While Philanthropy is her passion, Cathie loves recruiting as
a career. She is a great negotiator and is goal orientated. Cathie is a proven
liaison for customers and manufacturers, a top producer and member of the
Elite President Club. She enjoys cold calling, and is pleasantly tenacious,
enjoying the art of selling and being trustworthy while remembering that
the customer is number one! Cathie has a degree in Education from Lasell
College and spends her free time helping people and enjoying her family and
pets.
